Gastronomy in the GERL

Sociable togetherness, interesting conversations and a good kitchen – these are the principles of our culinary goal at the GERL. A classic basis with a modern twist taking inspiration from all parts of the world. For all appetites, whether schnitzel, burger or bowl, our menu has the right dish to satisfy every preference. We put the highest priority on freshness, as well as home-made and regionally produced products of top quality. And you can taste it!

Our lavish breakfast buffet is available in the restaurant from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10am. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays breakfast is offered from 7:00am to 11:00am.

Guests not staying with us are welcome to enjoy the breakfast buffet for € 25,00 per person (reservations required).


Meals from our evening kitchen are prepared Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to 10pm and can be enjoyed the in the cozy ambience of our lobby, lounge or hotel bar. On Sundays and Mondays we alternatively offer our snack menu from 3pm to 10pm with dishes that vary with the seasons.

The pleasures of grilling, but without having to do any of the preparation or clean up – that’s the dream we’ve brought to life in our stylish fire lounge in the garden. We provide everything needed for the perfect BBQ, leaving you to enjoy the actual grilling and its results all to yourself. Or, for those who prefer, just spend a cozy evening hour or two by the fire. Birthdays, family or company celebrations have never been so casual and relaxed!

The very latest in food trend comes from Hawaii and is called Poke: Fresh, healthy ingredients are combined into summery, light dishes. With this as our inspiration, we offer a variety of delicious Poke bowls in GERL’s View Club from noon to 5:30pm. Just the right kind of replenishment after a sauna or fitness training without putting too much strain on the body.
