Gastronomy in the GERL
Sociable togetherness, interesting conversations and a good kitchen – these are the principles of our culinary goal at the GERL. A classic basis with a modern twist taking inspiration from all parts of the world. For all appetites, whether schnitzel, burger or bowl, our menu has the right dish to satisfy every preference. We put the highest priority on freshness, as well as home-made and regionally produced products of top quality. And you can taste it!

Breakfast
Treat yourself to our extensive breakfast buffet and start your day off right. Look forward to a wide selection of crispy rolls and aromatic coffee, as well as savoury and sweet delicacies.
Fresh ingredients and a varied selection make our breakfast the perfect start to your morning.
You can enjoy our breakfast buffet on weekdays from 6.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
External guests are also welcome. For EUR 29.00 per person, you can help yourself to our buffet. Reservations are required.
Those who prefer something lighter can choose from our à la carte breakfast menu.
Whether it’s a salmon bagel, French toast or a fresh bowl, our menu is available daily from 6.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Gastronomy
From Tuesday to Saturday from 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. you can enjoy the dishes of our restaurant evening cuisine in the cosy ambience of our restaurant in our lobby, lounge and hotel bar.
Daily we offer our tarte flambée from 12.00 to 22.00.
In addition, we offer our snack menu from Tuesday to Saturday 12:30 to 18:00 and Sunday / Monday from 12.30 to 21.00.
Our hotel bar is open from Sunday to Thursday from 12.00 to 23.30 and on Friday & Saturday from 12.00 to 00.30.
BBQ
The pleasures of grilling, but without having to do any of the preparation or clean up – that’s the dream we’ve brought to life in our stylish fire lounge in the garden when the wheather is nice from may to the end of september. We provide everything needed for the perfect BBQ, leaving you to enjoy the actual grilling and its results all to yourself. Or, for those who prefer, just spend a cozy evening hour or two by the fire. Birthdays, family or company celebrations have never been so casual and relaxed!

Enjoy refreshing drinks and a delicious selection of summer-inspired dishes. In addition to our popular poke bowls, you’ll find creamy burrata, fine antipasti, tender tagliata di manzo, and much more. Fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors make every dish a true delight.
